This is W2 role Must be located within 50 miles from Washington, DC No agency or C2C will NOT be considered and Visa sponsorship is not available nor provided Contract 2 hire role GitHub Business Analyst Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile or DevOps environments. 1+ years of hands-on experience using GitHub (Issues, Projects, Pull Requests, Actions, Wikis) . 1+years of experience working in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environment. 1+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical artifacts. 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with tools integrated with GitHub (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack). Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience supporting cloud-based or modern application development. Knowledge of version control, branching strategies, and release management. Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Preferred Certifications Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) SAFe Certification (e.g., SASM) GitHub Certifications (e.g., GitHub Foundations, GitHub Actions)
