Description of responsibilities: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as noted below. 8+ years of hands-on product management experience developing innovative, technical products Experience managing modern integration solutions such as API Management, IBM ACE, and TIBCO. Experience with Cloud technologies and AWS platforms. Experience enabling AI integrations within complex technical environments; familiarity with agentic AI platforms, AI/ML model deployment via APIs, and ability to evaluate and roadmap AI enhancements that align with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements. Working knowledge of software development processes, including Agile Scrum Methodologies and Software Product Development Lifecycle Ability to establish product strategy, develop associated tactical plans, and drive implementation Ability to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests, set release schedules, and create product forecasts Strong business acumen while considering external factors, changing business environments, and future stakeholder needs when developing strategy Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results across cross-functional stakeholders Recognized as a subject matter expert providing knowledge and counsel across the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, being able to quickly gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Product Management certification preferred Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Portfolio Management Owns product portfolio and drives product strategy and direction for ITS-led initiatives Drives product requirements and feature roadmaps from concept through delivery Leads the analysis of feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of the product portfolio Identify key opportunities for improvement and development of technical or process enhancements to increase operational efficiencies or reduce costs Anticipates industry and product trends, capability prioritization and tradeoffs, balancing business needs versus technical and resource constraints Product Development & Requirements Research market trends, business requirements, and product requirements documents that capture business rationale for new ITS products or services. Reviews current internal systems and platforms and makes recommendations to the backlog to implement feature updates or bug fixes Understands key technologies and platforms, integration best practices and incorporation of third party APIs and open source/reusable components Ensure customer-driven design, considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market and industry knowledge to deliver well-positioned products Revenue & Performance Management Analyzes product metrics post release to proactively identify and optimize to user experience and product performance Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Develops and manages the process for communication and partnership with all stakeholders through interactive sessions or technology tools Partner with Marketing to ensure plans are in place to support product goals and support training for successful product launches. Develops internal relationships with Product Owners to facilitate product implementation throughout other divisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance and project management to facilitate acceptance testing of releases Communicates portfolio and project updates to managers and stakeholders Launch & Implementation Management Manages launch planning and implementation, including beta and acceptance testing, pilot programs and user training Works with communications to develop user guides, training and training schedules for different stakeholder groups Proposes enhancements for system maintenance and interaction with internal and external customers Provides feedback, support and coaching in sprint and release plans Thought Leadership & Expertise Establishes core knowledge of industry norms and stays abreast of latest developments Attends conferences and trade shows to interface with key industry and technology players Serve as subject matter expert, providing knowledge and counsel to others across the organization Complexity & Leadership Works on highly-complex technology solutions or manages product portfolio that require in-depth knowledge across multiple business or system-wide Serves as a project team member or team lead Intelliswift is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
