Brea CA - Onsite work Requisition Name : EA-DE IT O-SAP MDG Team Lead Start Date : 3/23/2026 Duration : 23 Weeks Services Location : CA/Brea / Onsite work Description Of Services : An SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant designs, configures, and supports end-to-end Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, specifically for domains like Material, Customer, or Vendor master data. Candidates require 8+ years of SAP experience, 2+ full-cycle implementations, and expertise in BRF+, Data Modelling, Workflow, and DRF. Key Responsibilities Implementation: Gather business requirements, translate them into functional design documents, and configure SAP MDG modules (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance). Technical Development: Customize data modeling, UI modeling, and workflow configurations (BRF+). Data Integration: Design and implement data replication frameworks (DRF), including ALE, SOA, and web services. Support & Maintenance: Provide post-go-live, hypercare, and troubleshooting support for Master Data Governance processes. Data Quality: Implement data cleansing, validation, and standardization rules. Required Skills and Experience Experience: 8+ years in SAP MDG, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, Data Modelling, BRF+, Workflow, and User Interface (FPM) modeling. Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of logistics (SD or MM) and Master Data Governance standards. Tools: Proficient in Data Migration (DIF/DEF), Data Replication (DRF), and Change Pointers. Desired Qualifications SAP Certification in MDG is a plus. Strong communication and analytical skills for working with stakeholders. Deliverables : -Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
