Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Professional Registration or registration with SACPCMP would be advantageous. Must have 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry. Must have extensive experience managing large-scale building construction projects. Must have experience managing multiple contracts and project teams. Must have advanced knowledge of construction project management. Must have strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract law. Must have construction planning and scheduling expertise.
