About the position

Manpower South Africa, a global leader in workforce solutions, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for an exciting project with a major multinational client. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBP's to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines and levels
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial telephonic and video interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring professional and timely communication

Sourcing & Talent Pipelining:

  • Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Proactively headhunt passive candidates for hard-to-fill or specialist roles
  • Network and engage with potential candidates to build strong talent communities

Stakeholder Management & Client Service:

  • Build strong relationships with client hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and candidate pipeline status
  • Act as trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market insights, and talent availability
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Recruitment Administration & Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labour legislation, employment equity requirements, and client policies
  • Present offer letters, conduct background checks, and manage pre-employment screening processes

What You Bring: Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience as a Recruiter in an agency, RPO, or high-volume corporate environment (Essential)
  • End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
  • High-volume recruitment experience
  • ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Experience working on client-facing projects or embedded recruitment models (highly advantageous)
  • Multinational or corporate environment experience (advantageous)
