Our client is looking to employ a highly organised Sales Support Lead Researcher (1 year Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and prioritize target agencies across Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects aligned to sales territories.
• Uncover hidden opportunities by mapping jurisdictions, mutual aid regions, and municipal structures.
• Pinpoint decision makers - from Fire Chiefs to City Administrators - and validate their contact details.
• Deliver lead packets that reps can immediately convert into effective outbound calls.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential
• Minimum 5 years of research or sales support experience
• Retired Fire/Police/Emergency Services professional with supervisory experience (Preferred)
• English MUST be a first language
• Strong ability to verify and summarize public information into usable sales intelligence.
• Familiarity with public safety and government structures.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and video meeting tools.
• Accuracy-first mindset and ethical research habits.
• Salesforce experience (Preferred)
• Experience in lead generation or public-sector prospecting (Preferred)
• Familiarity with public safety technology (CAD/911 (Preferred)
• Willing to work 10 AM to 7 PM aligned with US hours
