JOB SUMMARY Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience & EducationMinimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within fintech, credit, or financial services.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development & Revenue GrowthDrive lead generation, partner acquisition, and onboarding across target markets.Execute quarterly commercial strategies and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, integration, and post-launch tracking.Build and manage a strong, data-driven sales pipeline using CRM tools.Partner & Account ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Risk Officers, Product Heads).Drive retention and revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and optimization.Ensure high partner satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term engagement.Product Knowledge & Market EngagementBuild deep expertise across all Patascore products to support effective positioning and cross-selling.Lead and support product demos, client presentations, and stakeholder engagements.Represent Patascore at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy, pricing, and product development.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored partner solutions.Provide structured feedback from clients to inform product roadmap and enhancements.
