Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management / project management or related field 5+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in media/tech Proven track record of improving operational efficiency Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with data analysis and decision-making Experience in media, streaming, or digital content Lead and manage operations teams (content, tech, customer support) Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Ensure high-quality content delivery and user experience Manage partnerships and stakeholder relationships Analyze operational data, identify issues, and drive solutions Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
