Key Responsibilities Revenue & Sales Execution (Primary Responsibility) ● Engage prospects and convert them into paying customers ● Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets ● Support and guide team members in closing sales ● Handle high-value or complex customer conversations ● Ensure consistent follow-ups and conversion of leads Team Leadership & Accountability ● Oversee daily performance of sales and admin staff ● Enforce punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct ● Ensure team members follow systems and meet targets ● Address performance gaps and escalate where necessary Operations Management ● Oversee transaction processing, receipts, and sales records ● Ensure daily reconciliation of cash, mobile money, and sales ● Maintain structured workflows and operational discipline ● Ensure all trackers and reports are consistently updated Customer Experience Oversight ● Ensure all customer interactions are professional and consultative ● Maintain high standards in communication and follow-up ● Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently Reporting & Performance Tracking ● Review daily reports and monitor key performance metrics ● Track sales performance, follow-ups, and conversion rates ● Provide structured updates to management Who We Are Looking For This role is suited for someone who: ● Is strong in sales and confident in closing ● Is highly structured and organised ● Is assertive and comfortable managing people ● Demonstrates high integrity and accountability ● Has a strong sense of urgency and ownership ● Can perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Key Expectations ● Ability to take full ownership of sales and operations within 1 month ● Consistent enforcement of standards across the team ● High level of personal discipline and execution ● Ability to perform effectively even in the absence of supervision Compensation ● Gross Salary: UGX 1,000,000
