Main Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION Work with cross-functional business units to build new report requirements and implement them. Develop automated dashboards that support self-serve on reporting and tracking the required deliverables. Update, maintain and ensure availability of applications/dashboards with the respective databases that support fraud management. Perform regular and adhoc analysis of SIM registration data to detect exceptions, abnormal trends and possible fraudulent behaviour. - Subscriber Verification Reports to: Senior Manager
- Subscriber Verification No. of Vacancies: 1 Main Job Functions Facilitate accurate SIM registration and KYC reporting for management tracking purposes - SIM selling Agents, back-office verification Agents and Trade partner dashboards showing output and trends Ensure KYC SIM registration compliance rate of 99.9% by providing periodic reports on any exceptions and ensuring they're managed Performance management dashboards for SSO's and SIM registration eye-balling Agents Facilitate automated reporting to aid operational efficiency (Daily, Hourly and monthly dashboards) to improve TAT and deliver self-serve Alignment of exceptions in KYC database to accurately represent MTN's compliance position Out-of-trend exceptional reports Adhoc support for data required from time to time to aid risk and compliance operations Data Analysis
- Compile compliance reports informing conclusions and supporting decision-making when it comes to SIM registration compliance Dashboard Development - Develop and deploy in-house compliance dashboards to manage individual and corporate registrations Support in the daily processes and tasks for KYC Back office Provide Errant Agent reports, to enable the business enforce SIM Selling Agent compliance Investigate and troubleshoot any exceptions flagged by I.T and/or internal risk and compliance functions And any other duties that will be assigned from time to time within the reporting structure. Education Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course such as Statistics, Economics, Commerce and IT relating to development of applications Work Experience 2 to 3 years’ experience in business analytics and reporting in telecom Experience in data visualization, dashboarding Skills / Physical Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy of reports Professional, with high degree of data confidentiality Environment scanning skills and innovative - to set for new ideas, trends and principles Relationship management, influencing skills Strong can-do attitude combined with ability to use minimum resources to get maximum outputs Systems thinking- understanding the “Big picture” Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains
