Department : Sales & Marketing Reporting to: Manager / Cashier Location: Mpigi District Overall Purpose To expand the Moem Holdings customer base, maximize brand visibility, and ensure the Coca-Cola brand is stocked in every corner of the Mpigi district through direct sales and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion Conduct dedicated cold calling to new businesses, restaurants, schools, and event organizers to secure Moem Holdings as their sole supplier. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities during peak seasons and local events. Merchandising & Brand Visibility Ensure customers display products prominently and that Moem Holdings posters and signage are visible and in good condition. Educate retailers on the benefits of proper product placement and refrigeration. Relationship & Debt Management Visit Top 20 customers weekly to ensure satisfaction and pre-empt competitive threats. Monitor credit customers; follow up on outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Report market intelligence (pricing, competitor activity) to the Manager. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth: Number of new retail accounts opened monthly. Volume: Percentage growth in cases sold per route (month-over-month). Collections: Reduction in overdue credit accounts within assigned territory.
