Van Sales Representatives

Salary : UGX 400,000 Job Purpose To drive sales and distribution by delivering products directly to retail outlets using a company van while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver products to assigned customers and retail outlets. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Identify new customers and expand the sales route. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collect payments and issue receipts where necessary. Maintain proper sales records and submit reports. Ensure proper handling of stock and minimize damages. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle. Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or distribution. Valid driving permit (Class B or above is an added advantage). Minimum education: Senior Six, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
