Role Overview We're looking for a Lead Generation Representative (LGR) to drive the pipeline for ChainGPT Launchpad and Saleium. This role is focused on identifying and engaging high-potential Web3 projects that need token launch, fundraising, distribution, and go-to-market infrastructure. You'll be the first point of contact for founders, token teams, ecosystems, protocols, and strategic partners — opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and handing strong leads to the Business Development team. You should understand how token launches work, where promising projects emerge, and how to turn targeted outbound into real business opportunities. What You'll Be Selling: ChainGPT Launchpad — ChainGPT's launchpad and token distribution platform, built for token sales, campaigns, and community participation Saleium — ChainGPT's self-hosted public sale engine, enabling projects to run white-label token sales directly on their own domain with on-chain sale infrastructure underneath What You'll Do Lead Generation & Prospecting Own outbound lead generation for Launchpad and Saleium Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects Build and manage prospect lists across verticals such as token launches, launch-ready projects, ecosystems, infrastructure, DeFi, AI x crypto, and strategic partners Prospect via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, etc Use enrichment, automation, and workflow tools such as Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com, and AI-assisted prospecting tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach Qualification & Pipeline Development Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess project fit, timing, launch stage, fundraising plans, and partnership potential Qualify whether a project is a better fit for ChainGPT Launchpad or Saleium Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture leads through the prospecting funnel Create Telegram groups and coordinate early-stage sales conversations to support education, alignment, and deal progression Hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team with strong context and clear next steps CRM, Reporting & Process Keep CRM fully updated with activity, notes, lead status, next steps, and pipeline movement.
