Job Title: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Head

  • Agricultural Equipment, Generators, Pumps & Industrial Products Experience: 10 to 15+ years in Sales or Business Development (Preference for candidates from Electric Generators, Agricultural Equipment, Electric Pumps & Motors, Electric Water Pumps, Agro Processing Mills & Machinery, or Petrol and Diesel Engines industries) Location: Kampala (On-Site), Uganda Job Type: Full-Time Compensation Range : USD 2.5K to 3K Working Days : Monday to Saturday Job Brief We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager / Sales Head to lead and grow our sales operations in Uganda. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate sales leader who enjoys building teams, expanding market presence, and driving business growth in a fast-evolving environment. The role will focus on agricultural and industrial product segments , including electric generators, petrol and diesel engines, electric pumps and motors, electric water pumps, and agro-processing mills and machinery . The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in dealer network expansion, distributor management, and market development across these product categories. If you have a strong background in agri-equipment, power equipment, or industrial product sales and enjoy leading from the front, this role is made for you. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base. electric generators, petrol and diesel engines, agricultural machinery, electric pumps and motors, and agro-processing equipment . • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key institutional clients. • Identify new business opportunities and oversee end-to-end deal execution. • Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Collaborate with management to plan budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies. • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to sustain long-term partnerships. • Mentor and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). • 10 to 15+ years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development . agro-processing machinery, petrol or diesel engines, or agricultural equipment is mandatory , with industry exposure to Agriculture Machinery, Electric Generators, Pumps, Motors, Construction Equipment, or Industrial Products is Mandatory . • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
