Overview

Teal Health is hiring a GTM engineer to stand up outbound data and targeting infrastructure for B2B healthcare partnerships. This is a short-term, systems-focused role to build the foundation for scalable outbound. This is not a marketing or SDR role.

Objective

Build a repeatable system that:

  • Identifies target accounts across:
    • Health plans
  • Health systems
  • Provider groups
  • Employers
  • Maps known / hypothesized personas (e.g., Quality, Population Health, Value-Based Care leaders) to real individuals at scale
  • Produces high-confidence, CRM-ready contacts for outbound

We have strong hypotheses on personas. This role is focused on refining, validating, and scaling them into data workflows.

Scope of Work

1. Persona Refinement & Targeting Logic

  • Translate existing ICP and persona hypotheses into targetable logic
  • Improve precision of persona identification across different organization types

2. System Build

  • Design and implement lead generation and enrichment workflows (e.g., Clay + data providers)
  • Build repeatable pipelines for account identification, persona mapping, and contact enrichment

3. Data Output

  • Deliver 200+ highly relevant contacts including:
    • Verified emails
  • LinkedIn profiles
  • Persona / function tagging
  • Ensure outputs are accurate, deduplicated, and ready for outbound use

4. Documentation

  • Document workflows, tools, and logic for internal use

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building outbound / RevOps systems from scratch
  • Strong capabilities in data enrichment, validation, and workflow design
  • Ability to translate loosely defined personas into scalable targeting systems
  • Bias toward precision over volume

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare (health plans, provider organizations, digital health)

Engagement Details

  • Duration: 8-12 weeks
  • Focus: Infrastructure build + initial dataset delivery
  • Potential for extension based on outcomes
