Director of Affiliates
Description
BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming operator seeking to expand their senior team with an experienced Director of Affiliates. As Affiliate Director, you'll lead and scale the affiliate program across sports, casino, lottery, and horse racing. Reporting to the CMO, you'll manage a team, drive First-Time Depositors (FTDs), and deliver sustainable revenue growth through data-driven affiliate strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive FTDs and maximize ROI
- Manage affiliate partnerships, onboarding, and performance optimization
- Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and meet KPIs
- Lead and mentor the affiliate team to achieve acquisition targets
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align campaigns and customer journeys
- Negotiate deals and build strong relationships with top affiliates
- Create innovative, data-driven campaigns for the US market
- Oversee affiliate platforms (e.g., MyAffiliates) for tracking and reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments Requirements:
- 8+ years in affiliate marketing (3+ at director level in gambling)
- Proven success growing US affiliate programs (sports, casino, lottery, racing)
- Strong focus on FTD acquisition and performance marketing
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., MyAffiliates)
- Familiarity with CRM and customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Preferred:
- Experience in unregulated/semi-regulated markets
- Strong US affiliate network
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
