Senior Product Owner (BlackJack)

BettingJobs is partnering with a leading multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry in their search for a Senior Product Owner (BlackJack) to join their team based Remotely. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of successful Blackjack products across mobile, tablet, desktop, and other platforms within an Agile environment.
• Write clear, detailed specifications for new products and features.
• Define, communicate, and align the product vision with Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio teams, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence teams to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Oversee game production by setting and tracking daily, short-term, and long-term goals.
• Resolve development challenges and prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.
• Support Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management teams in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure thorough usability and performance testing, including focus groups where applicable.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to maintain competitiveness. Requirements:
• 6+ years' experience as a Product Owner working with software development teams.
• Background in game development or online gaming, with experience in game design.
• Strong understanding of casino games and game mathematics.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven experience working with both established and newly formed teams.
• Strong remote work capabilities in a distributed environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving product concepts from idea to delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver who motivates teams, removes blockers, and keeps projects on track.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Experience with online casino marketing, promotions, and gambling regulations.
• Experience leading or mentoring others in related roles.
