BettingJobs is working with an early-stage business with serious, well-funded ambitions. They are looking for a hands-on Head of Acquisition Marketing / Head of Marketing to join their team on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy & GEO Selection
- Full ownership of where the brand go first—and why. You’ll assess the competitive landscape, identify opportunities, and present a clear, data-driven market entry strategy. You’ll then be accountable for performance. Building the Acquisition Engine
- Define and execute the initial growth strategy across channels, from zero to traction. Affiliates & Partnerships (Priority Channel)
- A key focus from day one. They are looking for someone who already has a network of affiliates or traffic sources they can activate quickly. Paid Media (When Ready)
- Own the strategy, setup, and scaling of paid channels once the foundation is in place. Hands-On Execution
- This is not a purely strategic role—you’ll be actively building, testing, launching, and optimising campaigns yourself. Requirements:
- Proven track record of personally driving growth, not just managing teams
- Experience launching into new markets and selecting GEOs strategically
- Strong background in performance marketing and acquisition channels
- Existing affiliate/partner network you can activate early
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
- Highly commercial, data-driven, and accountable
- Hands-on by default—you execute, not just direct
