Manual Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

We are looking for a QA to join our team with previous experience in the same position. Understanding the iGaming field will be a huge plus. Now we need someone on-site and devoted to testing our brands inside out so that our customers can get the best experience possible.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Conducting manual testing of our brands on web and mobile platforms. Performing daily testing of brands according to the provided checklist to ensure quality standards are met. Describing bugs and creating detailed technical tasks for the development team to address issues promptly. Testing the functionality of new features to ensure they function correctly and meet user requirements. Communicating effectively with the Product manager, and development department regarding assigned tasks and providing clear feedback on testing results. Analyze the gambling market and competitors to identify opportunities and threats; View and analyze client sessions using Smartlook for valuable insights; Control and manage content on projects, ensuring quality and relevance; Monitor task/sprint deadlines for efficient project management;

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE: Understanding of the iGaming field; You'll have to be structured and creative (ability to imagine where bugs are hiding and what can go wrong with the product); Being assiduous will be a considerable plus; English level intermediate or higher; Excellent communication skills, you'll need to build a quality connection with the development team.
