Affiliate Manager
Description
BettingJobs is partnering with a leading online casino operator in their search for an Affiliate Manager to join their team in remotely. Responsibilities:
- Acquire new affiliates in grey/ emerging markets (SEO, media buyers, influencers, crypto communities)
- Manage and grow existing partners, especially top-performing affiliates
- Drive player acquisition (FTDs) while maintaining strong ROI
- Negotiate commercial deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid structures)
- Monitor performance and optimize traffic by GEO, source, and partner
- Ensure affiliate compliance with internal guidelines and market restrictions
- Identify and mitigate risks, including fraud, low-quality traffic, and regulatory exposure
- Maintain strong relationships via day-to-day communication (often Telegram/Skype)
- Track market trends and adjust strategy as grey markets evolve or regulate
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, payments, fraud, and BI teams Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in iGaming affiliate management
- Proven track record of driving FTDs and revenue via affiliates
- Strong understanding of:
- CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Affiliate tracking platforms (e.g. NetRefer, Income Access, Scaleo)
- Experience working with grey or emerging markets
- Solid grasp of affiliate compliance and risk management
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-risk environment
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
