As part of this role you will: Provide on‑line engineering support and resolve mechanical/technical issues fast. Improve yield, cycle time, labor efficiency, and overall production performance. Maintain and optimize work instructions, documentation, tooling, and fixtures. Support NPIs/EOL and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, subcontractors, and partners. Reduce rework and scrap and lead second‑source qualifications to strengthen quality and supply resilience.Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory. 3+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role - mandatory. High proficiency in English, both written and verbal - mandatory. Hands-on approach supported by technical ability. Knowledge in SolidWorks - must. Experience in mechanical design / R&D environment - advantage. Ability to present technical information and effectively communicate across all levels.This position is open to all candidates. Hide
