Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and internal teams to create highquality marketing assets Performance Optimization Analytics Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs and maximize ROI. Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to enhance conversion rates Budget Management Reporting Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize reach and impact. Present campaign performance reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in fintech, online gaming, or sweepstake casinos. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Strong expertise in performance marketing across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, X, Taboola etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices
