and Were looking for a Senior Product Manager (5-7 years of experience) to help shape the future of the agentic revolution and next-gen user interfaces. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, joining a team that values clear thinking, strong execution, and meaningful impact. What Youll Do? Build conversational-AI powered solutions - design new solutions that combine D-IDs core avatar technology with conversational AI and Agentic skills. Own the product end-to-end - lead the full product lifecycle, from early concept and requirements, to launch and adoption. Define product KPIs, track performance, and constantly improve outcomes. Shape strategy and roadmap - build and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap grounded in user needs, competitive landscape, and business priorities. Translate market and customer insights into actionable product decisions. Drive development with R&D - work closely with engineering, research, and design to define requirements, scope work and ensure smooth delivery. Manage trade-offs, timelines, and product quality. Lead customer-facing execution - understand customer needs deeply and translate them into product improvements and scalable solutions. Research, validate, and iterate - conduct competitive analysis and explore emerging technologies. Refine pricing, packaging, and business models to support company goals.Requirements: A hands-on PM with 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup. Proven ability to take products from idea → launch → scale. Strong technical understanding, working on APIs, backend systems, integrations, or SaaS platforms. A strong sense for design and user experience. Experience building B2B and/or B2B2C products and working with enterprise customers. Comfortable working with data, user research, and clear KPIs to guide decisions. Experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or conversational interfaces - strong advantage. Creative thinker who can spot opportunities early and turn them into real products. Excellent communicator who works well with engineering, design, sales, and customers.
