This role is ideal for someone who has solid product experience and eager to learn and grow into owning complex, high-impact products. What Youll Do? Own product lifecycle - define product requirements, write specs, coordinate development from idea to release, and beyond. Define product KPIs, track performance and constantly improve outcomes. Help shape roadmap and planning - gather market insights, user feedback, and internal inputs to support prioritization and roadmap discussions. Work closely with R&D and design teams - collaborate with engineering, research, and design to clarify requirements, review progress, and ensure smooth execution. Engage with customers and internal teams - collect insights and help translate needs into product tasks or improvements. Work with sales, marketing, and support to ensure alignment across the organization. conduct competitive research, trend analysis, and explore new technologies. Build conversational-AI powered solutions - design new solutions that combine D-IDs core avatar technology with conversational AI and Agentic skills.Requirements: A PM with 2-3 years of experience, with strong technical understanding and sense for design and UX. Familiar with product methodologies, comfortable with details and writing clear structured requirements. Data driven - you know how to use metrics and user feedback to guide decisions. Experience in AI, Generative AI, or LLMs - strong advantage. Strong communicator who enjoys working with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
