• Ensure ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting of IT performance metrics to management and stakeholders - Manage and maintain KPI dashboards and measurement tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the IT organization - Design and implement measurement practice - Own data collection, validation, and data quality - Prepare and share dashboards to present project performance to managementRequirements:
• Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years in Project Management/ PMO/ Operational Excellence/ Process Improvement in large, complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into business insights and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
