We believe in more than just handing you another tool; we are dedicated to teaching you the art of building a business About the Role As a Senior Manager of Channel & Business Development you'll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with partners that drive revenue, relevant traffic, and operational efficiency for us. This role sits at the intersection of market research, partner strategy, commercial negotiation, and internal product collaboration. You will develop new external channels, strengthen our internal ecosystem, and build relationships that expand our reach across the small-business marketplace. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from strategy and sourcing to structuring, closing, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: * Play a key role in driving the expansion of distribution channels for us. * Build a short-term and long-term business development pipeline aligned with company goals and strategic plans. * Manage partnerships end-to-end, from identifying prospects and holding discussions to finalizing agreements and guiding partners through the onboarding process. * Research and identify new leads, assess business opportunities, and negotiate partnerships to drive distribution and growth. * Negotiate commercial terms. * Maintain existing partnership relationships and explore new revenue streams within existing partnerships, * Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify supply needs and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.Requirements: What were looking for * 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development. * Highly driven, with a focus on growth and professional development. * Proven success in sales and negotiations. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. * Strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate terms and agreements effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Highly organized and capable of managing shifting priorities and workloads effectively. * Proficient in building and analyzing Excel models * Proactive and able to work independently, thriving on taking initiative and implementing new ideas. * Coachable, collaborative, and a true team player. * Experience in SMB services, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplaces - strong plus. * Native English speakerThis position is open to all candidates.
