The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all operational processes, while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily operations across production, supply chain, and distribution. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operations with business objectives. Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and logistics. Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 7–10 years of experience in FMCG operations, with a focus on food products. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and food safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
