" Job Summary The International Relations and Cooperation Officer supports the implementation of international relations and cooperation activities by coordinating communication and administrative follow-up with national, regional, and international sports organizations. Assists in preparing official correspondence, supporting international engagements and events, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Works under the guidance of the Unit Manager to support the effective implementation of international relations activities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of the department’s work plans and activities in coordination with the Unit Manager. Support communication and coordination between the organization and international, regional, and national sports bodies. Prepare and draft official correspondence, emails, and documents in Arabic and English. Assist in organizing and coordinating international events, meetings, conferences, seminars, and official participations. Support the follow-up and documentation of international cooperation agreements and partnerships. Prepare administrative notes, participation memos, and logistical documentation related to events and official missions. Maintain and update records, files, databases, and documentation related to international relations activities. Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports related to departmental activities. Coordinate internally with relevant departments to facilitate international engagements and information exchange. Perform any other tasks related to the scope of work as assigned by the Unit Manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international relations, cooperation, coordination, or administrative support; experience within sports organizations would be considered a plus. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Professional Competencies Knowledge of international relations and cooperation practices, preferably within sports or international organizations. Strong drafting and documentation skills in Arabic and English. Ability to coordinate activities and effectively follow up with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail. Proficiency in standard office software and administrative systems. Ability to work in compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Personal Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. High level of professional integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality. Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to support multiple tasks as required.
