Babysitter wanted for childcare in Montreal

My husband and I are blessed with three boys. We have a 6, 4 and soon to be 1 year old. Every second weekend my 11 year old step daughter spends the weekend. I am currently on Mat leave, going back to work mid January and looking for someone to pick up the kids and help with light housework and meal prep when my husband is away for work, mostly evenings and weekends.
