Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, managing correspondence, processing notifications and invoices, maintaining accurate case and document management records, producing reports, and supporting internal and external audits through data input and validation.The ideal candidate will have a good general standard of education and demonstrable experience in busy administrative environments, including working with databases, spreadsheets, and finance systems.
