We are seeking a highly motivated, warm, and conversational English-speaking caller from Latin America to join our team for real estate seller calls. This role is crucial for engaging with US property owners, particularly those in inherited and probate property situations. The ideal candidate will possess a natural, friendly, and patient demeanor, capable of quickly building trust and rapport with older property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound seller calls in English to US property owners.

Actively participating in live coached calls with the client to refine techniques and strategy.

Following specific guidance and instructions during calls to ensure alignment with project goals.

Creating a comfortable environment for sellers to open up and share information.

Asking natural, probing questions regarding property condition, seller timeline, and motivation.

Handling soft objections calmly and professionally.

Comfortably discussing rough price expectations during live conversations when guided by the client.

Booking the next steps and appointments with the client.

It is important to note that the client retains full responsibility for final pricing, offer generation, negotiation, and overall deal strategy. However, the caller must be at ease with naturally mentioning soft number ranges during conversations when instructed.

Possesses excellent spoken English with a clear and natural accent.

Exhibits a warm and natural tone on the phone, fostering immediate trust.

Capable of discussing soft pricing ranges without sounding robotic or pushy.

Demonstrated experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or previous real estate seller conversations.

Comfortable and confident in conducting real estate-focused calls.
