I am seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and enhance our business social media presence. This trial project involves auditing, setting up, and managing business social media business accounts across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on graphic creation. Strong performance in this initial phase will lead to ongoing work.

Project Scope:

Group 1 (Approximately 7 Existing Brands):

*  Verify all existing social media accounts are active and have correct credentials.

*  Perform a full buildout for 2 selected brands, utilizing provided images and content, and ensure they are ready to go live.

*  For the remaining brands, confirm account activity, ensure settings are appropriate (not public if required), and create any missing social media channels.

Group 2 (Approximately 20-25 New Brands):

*  Register new business accounts on key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, TikTok, and potentially other relevant platforms. Account names will be provided.

*  The primary goal for these new accounts is to secure the brand names; all accounts should remain unpublished initially.

*  Execute a full buildout for 2 selected new brands, making them ready to go live. Text content will be provided, and you will be responsible for creating original images based on brand guidelines (colors, logos, taglines, positioning).

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

*  Create essential visual assets including profile images, cover photos, and banners.

*  For existing brands, resize and adapt provided images to fit platform specifications.

*  For new brands, design original graphics from scratch, adhering strictly to provided brand guidelines.

*  All graphic designs require client approval before finalization.

*  All created images will be owned by the client. Deliver master files along with platform-specific optimized files, organized clearly by brand and platform.

Delivery Process:

*  You will be provided with platform-specific checklists to confirm completion of each item or document any issues encountered.

*  Client will handle real-time verification codes via Slack or WhatsApp.

*  Exact account names will be provided. If a requested name is unavailable, notify me immediately rather than choosing an alternative on your own.

*  All accounts will be tied to client information. Credentials will be securely shared via a password manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

*  Strong attention to detail — follow instructions exactly as given, and notify me immediately if something is unclear rather than making assumptions.

*  Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.

*  Excellent written English communication skills.

*  Proven experience in setting up and managing business social media pages.

*  Thorough knowledge of platform-specific image specifications.

*  Availability to work overlapping hours with a US time zone.

This is an hourly project, estimated at 15-20 hours, with a rate of $8-15/hr. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
