Overview

We're looking for a talented and strategic short-form video editor who understands why videos go viral and knows how to engineer that outcome from the edit suite.

This role supports multiple clients across personal brand and faceless content, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and want income that scales with your output, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing 15–20 short-form videos per day (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• Working across personal brand/talking head and faceless content formats

• Applying hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and transitions that drive retention and shares

• Contributing strategic input on why content performs — not just executing edits

• Collaborating with our team to improve content performance across client accounts

You're the Right Fit If You...

• Have directly edited at least one Instagram Reel that crossed 1 million views (you must be able to show it)

• Were involved in the strategy behind that content's success — not just the technical edit

• Are highly proficient in CapCut and DaVinci Resolve

• Can maintain quality and speed at 15–20 edits per day without sacrificing output

• Communicate clearly and hit deadlines without being chased

• Are comfortable being paid per client, with real earning potential as we grow

Compensation

This is a performance-based, per-client role — meaning your income grows as we bring on more clients. Strong editors who deliver results will always have more work and more earning opportunity here.
