Skilled 2d Animator for Educational Youtube Shorts - Long-Term Project

We are seeking a talented and creative 2D Animator to join our growing team for a faceless YouTube project. Our channel focuses on educational entertainment through 2D animated shorts, similar in style to Universe Labz channel. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate animator to contribute significantly to a brand with long-term potential.

What the successful candidate will do:

Animate 2D shorts-style videos, with an estimated consistent volume of 12-15 videos per month.

Create new drawings and contribute creatively towards building new characters, expressing your unique artistic vision.

Be an integral part of a growing team, actively participating in decisions to build a strong and recognizable brand identity.

Animate using provided scripts and voiceovers, bringing stories to life.

Ensure consistency in humor, pacing, and visual style across all animated content.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1+ year of professional experience in Adobe Animate (or equivalent animation software).

Proven ability to hand-draw new animated characters and maintain a consistent visual style.

A strong passion for animation and creative visual storytelling.

The ability to visually tell stories with humor is a significant advantage.

A strong sense of rhythm, staging, and smooth motion in animation.

Basic video editing knowledge for final video production.

At least conversational English skills

Compensation:

Expected payment is $70-80USD per completed animated video, with each video approximately 35-45 seconds in length. We are open to considering long-term, full-time positions for successful applicants after an initial project phase.
