Role Overview
This is not a traditional administrative role. The Business Development & Scheduling Specialist sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations. You will convert inbound interest into scheduled discovery calls, conduct outbound outreach, manage CRM accuracy, and support structured pipeline growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (website, email, LinkedIn, referrals)
· Conduct outbound follow-ups and schedule discovery calls for senior team members
· Maintain 40–50 outbound communications per day (calls/emails/messages)
· Confirm meetings and reduce no-show rates
· Track pipeline stages and prepare weekly reporting summaries
· Coordinate internal and external scheduling logistics
· Support document preparation and client communications
Performance Metrics
· Meeting show-up rate
Basic Qualifications:
· Fluent in English (Spanish strongly preferred), Portuguese a plus
· Bachelors, Juris Doctor (JRD) a plus
· 4+ years experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client coordination
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable working in a performance-measured environment
· Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setting
Equipment Requirements:
· Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
· Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps upload and download (preferred: 150 Mbps or higher for best performance)
· Noise-canceling headset with extended mic and webcam
