Saas Performance Marketing Specialist
Description
We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful Performance Marketing Specialist to scale, our newly launched in-app SaaS solution. You will own the growth engine across paid, organic, and partner-led channels, focusing on the first 1–2 years: acquiring users, driving early reviews, boosting in-app visibility, and improving activation and retention. You will translate data into actionable growth strategies and directly influence the product’s evolution.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to acquire high-quality users and subscribers.
Optimise acquisition and conversion funnels to increase sign-ups, subscriptions, and in-app engagement.
Implement and maintain tracking setups (GA4, Pixels, attribution tools) to generate actionable insights for growth decisions.
Drive early in-app traction, securing high-quality reviews, building credibility, and improving product reputation.
Enhance in-app visibility through SEO, product positioning, competitive analysis, and listing optimisation.
Build and grow non-paid channels, including partnerships, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
Analyse user behaviour to refine onboarding flows, increase activation, and reduce churn.
Support email automation, lifecycle marketing, and retargeting to retain and upsell merchants.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, sharing insights on feature usage, merchant needs, and churn drivers.
Create product-focused marketing content (videos, guides, landing pages) to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Proven experience growing SaaS products, ideally early-stage, with a subscription/B2B focus.
Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition, CRO, funnel optimisation, and lifecycle marketing.
Experience with in-app solutions, Shopify plugins, or similar ecosystems is highly desirable.
Track record in generating early user reviews, ratings, or other trust signals for new products.
Experience in partner marketing, including agencies, app partners, and online communities.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven, performance-first mindset.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute quickly.
Experience with fashion, home & décor, or jewellery merchants is a plus.
Why Join Us
This is your chance to shape the growth of a new in-app SaaS product from day one. You’ll have autonomy to design and execute acquisition strategies, experiment across channels, and work directly with the founders to refine the product based on merchant insights.
