Long-Term Digital Business Builder: Kajabi, Funnels, Content Ops

Please no automatic response im looking for a human with a heart! we are seeking a reliable and proactive digital business builder for a long-term collaboration (months to years) to help establish and grow a personal brand and online business. The ideal candidate will transform raw content and ideas into structured digital products and functional marketing funnels.

This role is crucial for building, organizing, and implementing the technical infrastructure of the online business. The client will provide direction and content, while the freelancer will be responsible for execution and management.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Kajabi Setup & Management:

• Build and manage the Kajabi backend.

• Upload and structure online courses.

• Create and organize the product library.

• Set up checkout pages and basic automations within Kajabi.

1. Funnel Building (Execution):

• Develop landing pages and simple marketing funnels.

• Connect email sequences and automations.

• Thoroughly test all flows, including opt-ins, checkout processes, and product delivery.

1. Content to Product Conversion:

• Convert existing video, audio, and transcript content into structured course lessons, downloadable PDFs, worksheets, and other educational materials.

• Ensure all formatted materials are clean, professional, and ready for deployment.

1. Organization & Systems:

• Organize Google Drive and other digital assets.

• Create and maintain clear folder structures and backend order.

1. Light Launch Support:

• Assist with uploading new materials, including courses, books, and bonuses.

• Set up relevant web pages and schedule email sends for launches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Kajabi or similar all-in-one online business platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in building marketing funnels and landing pages.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Portuguese.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.

• Ability to independently take an idea from concept to tangible implementation.
