Full-Time Virtual Settlement Negotiator for Personal Injury Law Firm

The Accident Guys, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a committed full-time Virtual Settlement Negotiator to handle and resolve bodily injury claims for Plaintiffs. We are looking for a confident, resilient, and reliable professional with exceptional communication skills.

In this role, you will negotiate personal injury claims with insurance companies, review, edit, and submit demand packages, and communicate directly with clients to evaluate cases and maximize settlement outcomes. Delivering confident, 5-star customer service is essential.

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of va/bpo experience and 2+ years of phone support experience, along with strong verbal communication skills. Excellent English (written and spoken), strong negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills are required. We are seeking someone who is friendly, proactive, tech-savvy, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A desire to learn, grow, and excel is key.
