Corporate structuring: Ensuring the proposed structure is legally sound and optimized for the Malaysian context.
WRT waiver: Guidance on the process and requirements for obtaining a WRT (Wholesale, Retail, and Trade) waiver.
ESD compliance: Ensuring full compliance with all relevant Expatriate Services Division (ESD) regulations.
