The primary objective is to obtain all necessary legal documents and licenses to operate in Brazil, including import/export capabilities. The founder already possesses a valid RNE (Registro Nacional de Estrangeiro), CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), and a Brazilian working mobile number, which should streamline parts of the process. The scope of work includes securing the Contrato Social, NIRE (Número de Identificação do Registro de Empresas), CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica), and the RADAR (Rastreamento da Atuação dos Intervenientes Aduaneiros) license for import and export activities.
