Expert Business Immigration Paralegal for Eb-3

We need to find a paralegal (business immigration assistant) who is experienced in EB-3 and other business immigration categories. The required level is expert. No salary should be listed. Preferably, we are looking for a candidate from Mexico. Agencies from Colombia and other countries are also acceptable. Candidates from Russia are possible as well, but not for perm/eb-3 processes.
