We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic video editor to produce a 12-minute Video Sales Letter (VSL) for a high-ticket B2B service. This service targets UK Estate Agency owners, so familiarity with UK real estate terminology is a plus. The video will feature a hyper-realistic AI-generated female persona.

The core of this project involves executing a pre-developed, detailed visual structure that dictates every single cut, text overlay, and visual change. The ideal freelancer will bring high energy and precision to this vision.

Scope of Work:

Total Video Length: The final video will be 12 minutes and 31 seconds long.

Editing Start Point: The editing will commence from the 0:29 mark, as the personalized introduction is being handled separately.

Editing Style: The desired style is a high-retention "YouTube/Hormozi" aesthetic. This includes:

• Pattern Interrupts: Implement frequent digital zooms (punches), B-roll overlays, and strategic use of stock footage to maintain viewer engagement.

• Text Overlays: Design and integrate clean, modern "Lower Thirds" and impactful callout graphics for presenting statistics and key information.

• Sound Design: Incorporate subtle sound effects (SFX) such as pops, whooshes, and dings to emphasize crucial points and transitions.

• Visual Rhythm: Ensure a dynamic visual flow, with a change or movement occurring approximately every 6-10 seconds throughout the video.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory):

Software: The project requires exclusive use of CapCut Desktop for all editing tasks.

Deliverable: Upon successful completion, the freelancer must provide the Full CapCut Project File (Exported Project/Archive) with all linked assets, in addition to the final rendered 4K version of the video.
