We are seeking a reliable and professional Brazilian legal representative to act as our official point of contact for trademark-related matters in Brazil. Our Chinese clients require a local resident to facilitate communication with the Brazilian Trademark Office. The primary responsibilities include: receiving official letters and notices from the Brazilian Trademark Office; scanning or photographing received documents and forwarding them to us promptly; and physically mailing documents when required, with postage costs reimbursed separately. The designated representative's name will appear on official payment slips (GRUs) for identification purposes, but all associated fees will be directly remitted by us to the Brazilian Trademark Office, ensuring no financial expense to the representative. We propose a fixed monthly remuneration of 500 Brazilian Reais for this ongoing service, regardless of the number of cases handled.
