We are looking for a highly responsible, fast, and detail-oriented bilingual Social Media Manager & Video Editor.

This role is NOT for beginners or for people who require constant supervision. We are looking for someone who can execute with precision, think independently, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

There is no room here for excuses, low-quality work, or lack of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish content for social media

Write captions, scripts, and SEO-optimized titles using ChatGPT

Edit videos using tools like CapCut and AI-driven workflows

Design visual content using Canva

Create and edit videos using AI tools (HeyGen, Flow Lab, Gemini, ElevenLabs, etc.)

Follow detailed instructions for each client and project

Meet strict deadlines (content must be ready and published by 12:00 PM)

Notify immediately after completing and uploading content

Track daily tasks and submit a daily task report

Apply client revisions quickly

Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication

Requirements

Proven experience in Social Media Management and video editing

Strong skills in Canva and CapCut

Strong skills in  video editing with AI tools (HeyGen, Flow Lab, Gemini, ElevenLabs, etc.)

High level of organization and speed

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions EXACTLY

Fast and professional communication

You must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. You will be working with content, instructions, and communication in both languages daily, so fluency is mandatory.

Willingness to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

This role is NOT for you if:
