We specialize in helping property owners protect themselves from government fines and tenant lawsuits. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled bilingual English and Spanish Sales Closer to join our remote team. This is a full-time sales position where you will be responsible for making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries from Spanish-speaking property owners located in California. Comprehensive training and a proven sales script will be provided in both English and Spanish, ensuring you have all the tools needed for success. No prior knowledge of landlord law is required, as we will provide full instruction. Key requirements for this role include fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both speaking and writing, availability Monday through Friday during California business hours, a quiet and professional home workspace with reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps), and comfort with making outbound calls and effectively handling objections in both languages. This is a full-time opportunity, and we are not considering part-time arrangements.
