We are looking for a skilled Senior Mobile Developer (React Native) to join a high-impact Greenfield project. The client is a major player in the insurance sector currently launching a brand-new mobile strategy and building a modern B2B application for their SME customers.

Start: March 2026

Duration: 6 months, extension likely

Work type: Hybrid, 3 days / week in Espoo

Language: English

About the role:

As an experienced Mobile Developer, you will be a key player in a newly formed team of 5, with team lead based in Denmark and colleagues based in both Denmark and Finland. You will have influence on the development of a brand-new B2B app, utilizing a modern Monorepo approach and the Expo ecosystem. The Mobile app aims to redefine how business customers interact with their insurance portfolios. You will work in an agile environment where developers take full ownership of their code, including testing and quality assurance.

Your role:

• Develop a high-performance B2B mobile application using React Native.
• Work within a Monorepo environment to ensure code consistency and efficiency.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end development process, including testing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native.
• Proven track record of working with Expo and Monorepo structures.
• Knowledge of Azure backends and.NET environments.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a Greenfield setup.
• Ability to test your own code and ensure robust releases.

Good to have:

• Experience with Native mobile development (iOS/Android)
• Experience working in large, multisite, or international teams
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated publishing
• Interest or experience in GenAI applications within mobile platforms
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry
