Client within heavy vehicles in Mälardalen is in need of a consultant reinforcement. The client, located in Södertälje

The assignment is carried out in the aftermarket department. The department is responsible for the products used by workshops around the world to perform maintenance and repairs on the company"s products. Examples of products that the department is responsible for delivering to the workshops are troubleshooting tools, repair manuals, spare parts catalogs and maintenance programs.

As a Technical Writer you are responsible for the customer"s Workshop Manual.

The assignment mainly regards the fields electric vehicles (batteries, charging, e-machines) as well as conventional transmission.

This requires working in a team of 3 technical writers and in close collaboration with method engineers in several teams, who produce the basic repair methods to be described. It is necessary to be able to understand and work towards the right level of description and quality for the customer, as well as grasping terms and basic technical aspects.

The work requires a quick learner and drive.

Some production systems are Ewok/Windchill, Arbortext, PDM system “OAS”.

Consuming systems include WiO, SWS etc.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English are essential

· You"re a solution-oriented self-starter who thr[i]ves on collaboration - whether working with the team or across departments

· Proficiency with digital tools and a commitment to learning new platforms

· Experience in the heavy vehicle industry is also highly valued

The customer is expecting you to be at the customer site 3 out of 5 days of the work week, the other 2 days are optional.
