The Client is seeking a Jira Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js to join a global operations team based in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will design, maintain, and take full ownership of the Atlassian ecosystem, primarily Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage, and related tools in Jira Cloud.

The role also includes ownership and development of an integration platform, leading integration projects together with partners and customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring that operations are available for customers and partners 24/7.

• Own and manage the existing Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira Service Management, Confluence, Statuspage, and related Jira Cloud tools.

• Work hands-on with configuration and development to support organizational needs.

• Own and develop the platform backlog and drive process optimization.

• Take ownership of the integration platform and lead integration projects with partners and customers.

• Implement monitoring and alarms, and troubleshoot incidents together with integrated partners and customers.

• Add-ons such as ScriptRunner

• Integrations with BI tools such as Google Looker to build KPIs and dashboards

• Managing integration layers to third-party ITSM tools using REST APIs

• Proactive and structured problem-solving approach
