Experteer Overview In this AI Lead role, you will architect and ship AI-first product solutions that deliver real value for customers and the business. You’ll work hands-on, building working AI-driven systems and engaging directly with customers to validate ideas. You’ll own customer discovery, prioritization, and measurable impact from idea to scale. You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, design, and data to unlock adoption, retention, and revenue growth for Microdeb’s platform. Compensation / Benefits • Build working product solutions with AI as the primary execution medium • Rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate ideas with real usage • Use AI agents for requirements analysis, design exploration, implementation, and testing • Engage directly with customers to understand workflows and pain points • Frame problems clearly and identify AI-powered opportunities and revenue potential • Define success by adoption, retention, efficiency, and revenue impact • Lead cross-functional collaboration with AI Product Engineers, Designers, and Data teams • Own the full lifecycle from idea to measurable impact Tasks • Strong ability to build working software using AI tools • Proven experience prototyping and iterating product ideas • Deep understanding of probabilistic AI systems and guardrails • Experience engaging directly with customers • Ability to identify business and revenue opportunities • Strong product judgment and taste • Comfort prioritizing under uncertainty • Excellent communication and storytelling grounded in real system behavior • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority Key requirements •
