Your role as a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative

Become the face of our client

  • an international company within the fashion industry with a focus on quality and customer service. In this role, you will:

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by handling queries regarding online orders, deliveries, and returns in a timely and accurate way;

• Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media;

• Handle written inquiries in Norwegian and contribute to the team’s success by sharing knowledge with colleagues.

• Openinghours**:** Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturdays 09:00–15:00 (shifts are scheduled within these hours). Sundays closed.
